Our one-bedroom apartments have been designed with ease and convenience in mind. Agsten Manor is specifically for adults age 62 and up or those with mobility impairments.  Our subsidized, income-based  rent includes water, trash, sewage and pest-control.  Here, you will discover a welcoming environment that fosters a fulfilling and active way of life, complemented by the genuine warmth and spirit that our community is known for.

"No monthly pet rent, just endless tail wags and purrs!"

We love welcoming furry friends to our community! To ensure a happy home for all residents, we kindly ask that you follow our pet policy:

  • Pet Limit: 1 pet per apartment
  • Weight Limit: Pets must be under 32 pounds
  • Pet Deposit: A one-time, refundable $300 pet deposit
  • Pet Rent: $0—because we believe your pet deserves to stay rent-free!
